The Embattled Prayer Movement: We all grieved when we learned about the shooting at the Minneapolis Catholic School where two children were killed while praying and more than a dozen were injured.

President Donald Trump and others called on the  American people to pray for the families who lost loved ones and those whose children were injured.

However, certain left-leaning liberals immediately made fun of those who wanted to pray for the children.

Liberal MSNBC host Jen Psaki -- a former press secretary to former President Joe Biden -- 

said, "Prayer is not freaking enough. Prayer does not end school shootings...Enough with the thought of prayers."

Michael Steel, also with MSNBC, said, "Thoughts and prayers, I'm so beyond that nonsense. The lie of that."

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said thoughts and prayers for the children meant nothing.

Virginia Democrat Sen. Mark Warner said, prayers for the victims was b_ _ _ _ _ _t."

His remarks were blasphemous. But that is the anti-Christian worldview among the liberal media and many Democrat congressmen.

Governor Gavin Newsom of California sneered and condemned people who were praying for the children.

Killer Fentanyl: During the four years from 2021 to 2024 of the previous administration in Washington nearly 300,000 Americans -- mostly young people and young adults -- died from fentanyl. Most of the deadly drug came across our open southern border with Mexico.

Placed in perspective, 600,000 American soldiers died during World War II. The fentanyl deaths during the four Biden years killed half that many.

We lost 57,000 killed during the Vietnam war. But the 300,000 fentanyl deaths were far more than in that war.

How could this happen?

China ships the raw products for fentanyl to the drug cartels in Mexico, Venezuela and other countries. The cartels "cook" the raw products in their jungle laboratories and turn them into the deadly drug that is 100 times stronger than morphine and 50 times stronger than heroin.

Here's what makes the drug so dangerous: the cartels lace various drugs and medications -- such as morphine, heroin and others -- with fentanyl. They also add the drug to numerous kinds of pills that American youth are known to take.

The problem is that the cartels have no method for controlling how much fentanyl is added to any of the drugs and pills. The cartel are not trying to kill Americans with the fentanyl f they just have no control over mixture or how much of the drug is added. Hence, when young Americans take the drugs or pills they have no idea that they may be laced with enough fentanyl to kill them.

Thankfully, President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have declared war on the cartels and named them terrorists. 

This is a difficult task for during the past four years the borders were open and the cartels freely sent the drugs across the border and in doing so made billions of dollars.

We Christians must take a stand for the biblical and conservative principles we believe. If we are silent and the party of abortion, same-sex marriage, mutilation of our children to change their sex, men playing in women's sports and using the same showers and dressing rooms, and 20 more illegal aliens coming into this land, our silence will mean consent.

Men/Women and Women/Men: The vast majority of the American people oppose biological men participating in women's sports. However, there was a bill before the U. S. Senate to keep men out of women's sports, out of their dressing rooms, and out of their bedrooms when on tour for sports events.

However, the Democrat senators killed the bill. Their vote was not only against the women involved in sports but against the majority of the American people who oppose men competing with women in the sports world.
